The popular semi-annual show is here again, and this time it has a bonus preview evening–all in time for holiday shopping.
As detailed by Shawna Holly on her Sowing Seeds blog in Boerne this week, the fall 2018 Boerne Handmade Market will be held on Friday, October 26 (7 p.m. to 10 p.m.) and Saturday, October 27 (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) at St. Peter the Apostle’s gorgeous Cana Ballroom (get directions). Tickets are priced from $5 per shopper on Saturday to $25 each on Friday night. Kids are free.

Note that the vendors who apply and are selected for each market vary, which means there’s a different mix each time you attend.
In other words, no two markets are exactly alike.
And that’s part of the fun!
Another thing that sets this particular market apart is the quality of the goods on display. As a juried show, a great deal of thought and effort goes into not only creating the works but determining which work merits a booth.
For this reason the show is of the highest caliber, and the products available frankly are typical of what you’d find in a gift shop or gallery.
That said, from tees to jewelry, the price points are excellent–with something available for every budget. There’s also reportedly a kids market this October, too, which sounds like a lot of fun.
